	This hotel is very good; the rooms are a bit small/dark but the location is great; you have the Blue Moskee, Hippodroom, the Hagia Sofia, the Topkapi Palace in a 5 minutes walk, that is so great. The metro is also closeby. You travel for 1,30 lira (0,60 euro) to the other side of Istanbul. Also the Bosphorus is close by and there are a lot of good restaurants. The neighbourhood is very safe, no problem we were there with two women and had no worries at all. the staff was very friendly indeed, the breakfast was not much choice, but anyway. Price/quality was superb. Thank you staff.

	I recently made a trip to Istanbul and thought I would try the Apex Hotel Historical after a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I took their advice. Firstly, I was very impressed by the airport transfer and what a wonderful hotel. The location of this beautiful accomodation is absolutely ideal, very central and all the stunning attractions are nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and straight away I was made to feel very welcome. On one occasion rather late at night I felt a little hungry so I called reception to ask if there were any snacks available. The receptionist asked if I wanted anything from outwith the hotel as they were more than happy to satisfy my appetite and within a short period of time the food was delivered to my room. That's what I call good service!!! I was made to feel very much at home. This was my first visit to the Apex Hotel Historical and will certainly not be my last!!!! I fully recommend this hotel for your next trip to this wonderful city
